We engineer your machines and carry out all engineering activities: preliminary studies and feasibility studies, calculations and simulations, (Conceptual) design in 3D, detailed engineering, development of construction plans and a purchase file.
We strive to establish a close cooperation with the client to really customise to his needs. We are consequently prepared to work on location with the client. To be able to do so, we use state-of-the-art, powerful computers with the latest versions of SolidWorks. installed.
Preliminary studies and feasibility studies
NOMECS tackles your projects from the get-go. Based on your first ideas or concept we explore the various possibilities and their feasibility.

Calculations and simulations
Very early on in the project stages NOMECS can perform the required calculations for you. Think of estimating cycle times and production rates, or the analysis of strength or stiffness of structures.
Strength calculations are carried out by means of the design software SolidWorks, to which we added calculation modules (finite elements; FEM; FEA).

Co-engineering
The outsourcing of engineering and design work may not always go as smoothly as you would like. Others take down the client’s wishes and then start doing something that goes in that general direction. The results may be a fulfilment of those wishes to a large extent, but not 100% what you were hoping for.
We use a different approach. Our approach? Co-engineering! We engineer your project in collaboration with you. Daily discussions, possibly on location, offer you a clear overview of the project and provide you with opportunity to make adjustments where desired.
Design
NOMECS focuses on the mechanical design of machines. We help you absorb peaks in the workload of your design team.
We have at our disposal the most recent versions of the design software SolidWorks and we use state-of-the-art, powerful computers, so we can work on location and together with the customer.

NOMECS has selected the 3D software solidworks. We use this software for a large part of our engineering activities: from preliminary and feasibility studies to concepts and designs to complete construction plans. We also have at our disposal additional software for the calculations of structures and mechanisms.
